- • Payroll processing for Company worker.
• Check and verified the Gate Pass.
• Check and key in Overtime, Leave, Schedule Amendment and Replacement Leave Form.
• Key in new join and update employee personal records into HRM system and maintenance of personal files.
• Weekly key in and check the attendance record (Individual Attendance).
• Monthly e-mail the leave summary to Food Tech department.
• Prepare and distribute the punch card to respective department at the end month.
• Issue medical chit and monitor the stock the medical chit. Liaise with panel clinic for replenishment.
• Monthly prepare the leave balance report to all H.O.D.
• Monthly prepare salary allocation report to account department.
• Monthly prepare medical report for payroll processing purpose.
• Monthly prepare government statutory report for submission, such as KWSP, Socso,CP 39, HRD Levy, CP 22 & 22A.
• Yearly prepare EA form and distribute to staff. Maintain proper filling of EA form.
• Perform year end task of HRM system. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understanding of payroll and HR legislation and processes.
• Possess the knowledge on Time Flex and Pay Flex system will be an add advantage.
• Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English. - Lowest Qualification :
