Description :
• To be responsible for updating and computation of employee personnel records such as recruitment, personnel file, confirmation, transfer, disciplinary, promotion, resignation, termination and matters in compliance with labor laws.
• Build employee database into HR system and ensure database accuracy for training records, leave records, appraisal etc. and for any computerization projects.
• Responsible for payroll related activities including checking payouts, ensure related payroll documentation in place and timely payment for salaries.
• Prepare and generating of Year End Report & EA.
• Analysis and generate periodical statically HR report.
• Knowledge in managing PCB, EPF, Socso and LHDN.
• Performs full complement of Human Resources duties including payroll processing, participates in office training and operations, and day to day operational supports.
• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements pertaining to human relations such as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc
• Administering staff Training including sourcing training providers according to Training Plan, administering HRDF claims, collating the training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of training.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and Training Plan.
• Assist in staff turnover analysis, organization chart updates, manpower movement and monthly reports.
• Assist in handling ISO related documentation.
• Manage all foreign workers due to immigration matter if necessary, work permit and visa renewal applications.
• Performed administrative work including license application and renewal.
• To apply & renew all purchase application with sales tax & import duty such as CJ5 & MIDA application.
• To handle any issue with Kastam Dept or MIDA.
• To apply & renew LMW License.
• To submit reports on all MIDA exemption before the dateline to relevant Kastam Dept.
• To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
 
Requirements :
• At least SPM/STPM and above
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience handling full spectrum of payroll functions, i.e. full payroll cycle such as processing, contributions and submissions.
• Well verse with employment legislations and human resource practices.
• Able to multi task, willing to learn, independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Initiative & Follow-up, Good Planning & Organizing skills.
• Matured personality with the ability to manage Confidential issues with highest regards.
• Knowledge in Employment Act, Labour Laws, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax Industrial Relations Act.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Good knowledge of MS Office application especially Ms Excel,Ms Word.

• A matured team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality.
