Description :: - Responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager in all aspects of human resources functions.
- Responsible for HR administration, such as the provision of a letter of appointment, letter, work permit processing and other
- Responsible for maintaining and updating personal files and ensure that all supporting documents are submitted timely
- Responsible for assisting in the recruitment of workers, such as job postings, screening, interview invitation, and other
- Responsible for assisting in various payroll and benefits administration.
- Responsible for administrative leave and follow-up
- Responsible for Hospitalisation and Surgical Insurance claims and Workers Compensation
- Responsible for providing HR statistics when required to support business planning and reporting
- Responsible for coordinating with the various departments in the clearance out for resigning staff
- Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Human Resources Manager from time to time
Requirements :: -Must possess at least a S.P.M and Diploma – Able to use Microsoft Office
-Must possess own mode of transport.
-Must have a good command of verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Preferably those staying in and around Bayan Lepas Area.
-Must be aggressive and dynamic, having a passion for quality and delivery.
-Must be able to handle and manage efficiently at least (30) workers under their span of control.
-Responsible for recruitment and retention of workers.
-OJT - On the job training (OJT) will be provided.
