Description :: - Manpower Planning and Organisational Chart Maintenance.
- Responsible and be the custodian in maintaining the manpower planning and organisational chart across MEB Organisation.
- Responsible to review and clarify on the manpower plan and requirements submitted by divisions/departments.
- Facilitate timely reporting on the manpower planning and organisational chart.Management of Recruitment Agencies.
- Responsible in selecting, appointing and maintaining a group of recruitment agencies.
- Responsible to liaise with Head of Departments and managers on position’s requirements before disseminating to the Recruitment Agencies.
•Manage the Service-Level-Agreement (SLAs) and delivery of selected head-hunters in ensuring a consistent and quality supply of key position candidates.
- Responsible to optimise costs of hiring and leverage on the capabilities of the recruitment agencies / head-hunters in hiring and filling critical positions.
Requirements :: - Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager specializing in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing
