- Responsible for posting quarterly GST, Progressive Claims, Tax Invoice
- Responsible for communicating and assisting auditors cover end management accounts
- Responsible for preparing monthly bank reconciliations and audit schedules
- Responsible in relation to the banks on banking matters
- Responsible for generating rental and sales invoices
Key-in acceptance
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements of reporting and recording of financial
- Responsible for handling taxation matters and assist in the final year of the statutory audit
- Responsible for receipt collection takes Giro
- Responsible for sending reminder letters
- Responsible in relation to lawyers for legal action against the tenant, the issue of demand letter & letter of termination
- To carry out any duties other ad-hoc accounting
Requirements :: - Candidates must have O / LCCI / Diploma / Certificate in Professional Accounting
- 2-3 years of handling full set of accounts.
- Have experience with GST, Tax Invoice and the end of the year
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of any accounting software
- Responsible, meticulous in his work and positive work attitude
