Description :
- Responsible for accurate processing of all invoices (local vendors) in respect of the Company and ensure the correct invoice is approved, coded correctly and immediately recorded as a liability of the Company.
- Responsible for fixed asset accounting, budgeting & forecasting capex (Argon CCS) and tracking capital expenditures and act as custodian of company's fixed assets.
- Responsible for implementation of cash receipts and payments cycle for employees and reimbursement claims, ensure accurate coding expenses.
- Responsible for assisting in the compilation and preparation of schedules for the tax returns.
- Responsible showing payment to the Treasury estimates will be nearly a month (Argon CCS) is.
- Responsible in relation to the Purchasing Department, the end-user departments and vendors in settlement of invoices disputed.
- Responsible for the production of ad-hoc checks where necessary.Reconciliation of / P sub-ledger balances A with the General Ledger. This is done on each end cap.
- Need to perform such other duties as assigned.  
Requirements :
- Candidates must have a Level 'A', with the LCCI Certificate in Accounting.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Have a working knowledge of the Financial System and Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
