Description :: - To supervise and lead clerical staffs on daily checking of finance documents and accuracy of entering information in accounting software
- To ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- To control and review monthly /quarterly financial statement of accounts
- To manage budgets and budgetary controls
- To maintains accounting control by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures (AP, AR, GL).
- To maintain financial security by establishing internal accounting controls
- To reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounts data
- To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other legal or statutory authorities
Requirements :: - Candidates must have a CPA / ACCA / Degree / Diploma in Accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Have knowledge of MYOB is an advantage.
- Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
