Description :: • Oversee daily finance operations and treasury management matters
• To supervise and lead clerical staffs on daily checking of finance documents and accuracy of entering information in accounting software
• To ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• To control and review monthly /quarterly financial statement of accounts
• To manage budgets and budgetary controls
• To maintains accounting control by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
• To maintain financial security by establishing internal accounting controls
• To reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounts data
• To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other legal or statutory authorities
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or professional Qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in related discipline
• Well verse in finance and management accounting software
• Knowledge in full sets of accounts
• Proficiency in English and Malay
• Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure
• Observant and sensitive to details, diligent in accounting knowledge and deadline oriented
• Possess sound knowledge in auditing, taxation and regulatory bodies
