Description :
• Liaise closely with the Credit Hub Manager and Branch Managers on credit verification issues in order to resolve them expeditiously.
• Formulate strategies, planning, execution, monitoring and management of the credit verification team
• Assist the Credit Hub Manager in supervising, coaching, leading and managing the verification team to ensure compliance of process turnaround time, KPIs and acceptance levels of pending applications including the aging of these applications.
• Continuously developing subordinates in order to ensure they are fully trained and equipped with the necessary capabilities thus enabling them to carry their functions competently in order to achieve highest level of efficiency in their respective roles.
• Proactively review process workflows to identify areas for process improvement
• Liaise with the respective Credit units on completion of documentations and processing of applications on a timely basis, customer service resolution and any other matters pertaining to the overall credit policies, procedures and credit processing
• Ensure timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the credit business that highlight and crystallize the performance of the verification team and functions under his/ her supervision. 
Requirements :
• University degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in credit evaluation with management or supervisory level exposure
• Good knowledge on credit management, implementation and execution
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to supervise, manage and motivate staff to meet deadline as well as to analyze situations for decision-making
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
• Willingness to work beyond normal office hours and/or on weekends when necessary.
• Willingness to have off-days on weekdays instead of Saturday and Sunday.
• Strong communication skills in languages in addition to Bahasa Malaysia and English will be advantageous.
