- • To manage the full set of management and statutory accounts
• To supervise the updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and other subsidiary ledgers
• To perform bank account reconciliation, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports, and to advise management on foreseeable cashflow requirements
• To liaise with bankers for LC, OD, TL and BG facilities
• To liaise with Auditor, Tax Consultant, Company Secretary and Legal officers for accounts related matters
• To monitor staff compliance of company rules and regulations
• To assist Director of Operations in HR related matters
• To delegate and supervise work assignments to dispatch boy
• To assist in general administration of the general office Oversee the day to day operations of the company's finance and accounting matters
• Monitor company's financial management and cashflow requirements
• Preparation of timely and accurate financial and management reporting on monthly basis
- Requirements :
- • Possess at least a Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification from a recognized higher institution
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in manufacturing company is preferred
• Possess the skills to perform financial matters, managing people and meeting timeline.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of maturity
• Possess own transport
