Description :: • Manage deliverables and goals of the team in the outsourced accounting functions
• Coach, supervise and motivate sub-ordinates in their work performances
• Review work deliverables of sub-ordinates to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Perform financial analysis on financial reports
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports and deadlines are met
• Ensure business processes and controls and operating efficiently and effectively
• Liaison with auditors, tax agents and secretarial agents
• Assist Accountants in maintaining high service levels to Valued Clients
Requirements :: • Possess effective team and client management skills
• Possess good planning, organizing and analytical skills
• Highly dependendable person with sense of urgency, responsibility & result oriented
• Min 6 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Advanced Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MIA / MICPA )
• Proficient in Accounting Softwares such as MYOB, UBS etc
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and preferably Chinese
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision to meet tight deadline
