- Customer servicing for inbound calls.
- To respond and offer prompt and accurate information and resolution on customers' - - inquiries, service requests and / or general complaints received.
- Answer phone call from customer on products enquiry and doing cross selling.
 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma or Degree, any field.
- Good command in English and Mandarin as you need to attend to Chinese customer's call.
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift rotation basis (9 hours per shift within 7am-12am) or during weekend/ public holiday (5 working days per week) in Petaling Jaya.
- NO midnight shift. Latest shift end/ off at 12am.
- Transportation is provided from LRT pick-up point.
- With experience in a customer service or call centre environment will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Training is provided.
