- • Ensure audits are conducted in a thorough and objective manner within established plans and schedules and that recommendations are developed and presented which provide a sound basis for corrective actions and improvements.
• Formulate the annual Internal Audit plan and plan monthly audit activities which include operations review, special investigation, due diligence and follow-ups
• Supervise the audit team members and manage activities to ensure that the scope includes reviews designed to appraise the operating company’s internal controls systems and compliance with policies, procedures, corporate governance as well as to identify causes for any uneconomic and inefficient practices.
• Prepare and review the audit findings and recommendations and follow up on improvement measures.
• To complete the audits within required time-frame.
- Requirements :
- • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Operational Audit preferably in Retail Industry
• Good report writing skills with knowledge relating to audit methodologies, techniques and applications.
• Excellent communication with positive attitude & analytical skill.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Executive and Senior Executive level are also encouraged to apply.
