- 1. Matching and coding of invoices against Delivery Orders from Suppliers.
2. Verify and ensure quantities and prices charged by suppliers from the invoices are correct.
3. Keying invoices / Debit Notes into system after checking and verifying by Immediate Superior.
4. Process monthly payment and posting of genuine Trade Creditors payments to Trade Creditors Ledger and Bank Account.
5. To perform supplier’s reconciliations and journals for closing of account by monthly.
6. To attend Suppliers enquiries and follow up on supplier’s outstanding issues
7. Ensure files and documentation to be completely and exactly made, complying with policy of the company and accepted practices on accounting.
8. To maintain a high level of security in order to safeguard company property, resources and money.
9. To do any other jobs functions related to payable from time to time as instructed by Immediate Superior - Requirements :
- 1. Certificate / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
2. Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experiences in financial accounting
3. Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently.
4. Able to handle full set of account
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Dedicated and committed to meet deadlines
7. Computer literate in MS Office Word and Excel
