Description :: - Established policies and procedures, overseas and implements all sales activities in his/ her specific area of responsibilities.
- To solicit and promote maximum sales of Easy by RHB products i.e. personal loan, ASB loan, debit card, insurance and savings
- To promote campaigns and communicate accurate information to the public
- To ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
- Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
- Ensure that the physical premise is well maintained in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
- Assisting the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations of the outlet, and supervising the Sales Executives in performing their duties
Requirements :: - Possess Degree in Sales & Marketing Management.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Pleasant disposition with strong negotiation and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends
- Experience in banking or any financial institution will be an added advantage
- Experienced candidates with retail/banking sales background are encouraged to apply
