Description :: Business Analysts communicates with new customers to understand their business processes and have to work with Solution Architects and Programmers for development of new systems.

- Understanding SDLC processes.
- Design and develop customized software in a group or independently.
- Analyze system requirements, business processes and information system.
- Assists in systems planning, scheduling, and implementation.
- Involve in the design, development, testing, QA and maintenance of system applications using J2EE framework
- Involve in preparation of technical documentation. Able to develop well written, clear project definition and other business analysis documents.
- Self-motivated to improve required skills and technological knowledge.
Requirements :: - Required skill(s): JAVA, JSP, Servlet, EJB, XML, SOAP, SQL, PL/SQL.
- Good understanding of J2EE architecture.
- Fresh graduates with relevant studies and good academic results are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute team development and work under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming.
- Strong relational database design and development on Orable DB.
- Strong analytical ability and presentation skills.
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written in English and Malay.
- Possess own transport.
