- •Manage full spectrum of financial and management accounting functions and other related matters in the Finance department.
•Able to handle full sets of accounts, financial reports, management reports and other financial analysis.
•Cash flow forecasting and monitoring accounts payable / receivable.
•To take charge of credit control includes review and report on the credit risks and credit issues to the management.
•Monitoring and managing in treasury functions and banking facilities to ensure sufficient cash flow for daily operation.
•Update and maintain fixed assets registers.
•Monitor and prepare company general insurance renewals and claims.
•Supervise and review work carried out by subordinate to ensure financial records are up to date and in proper order. Lead and coach the team.
•Ensure all deadlines for reporting, returns and submission are met.
•Continuously improve and formulate internal control procedures, system, work processes and documentations.
•Supporting and liaise with other subsidiary companies in the group regarding financial information, inter-company transaction reconciliation and reporting.
•Liaise with internal parties on the review, implementation and with internal control
procedures, work processes and documentations.
•Liaise with external parties i.e. auditor, tax agents, company secretary and banker for banking related matters. - Requirements :
- •At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•Required language(s): Chinese, English.
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or
equivalent.
•Full-Time positions available.
•Knowledge of UBS & ERP Accounting software will be an added advantage.
•Able to start immediately or on short notice will be an added advantage.
•Good analytical and communication skills. Initiative with positive work attitude and able to interact with people at all levels.
•Be committed, self-motivated, independent, responsible and energetic team player.
•Willing to work in Kelana Jaya, Kota Damansara. (Office will be shifted to Kota Damansara mid Year 2012.) - Lowest Qualification :
