Description :: -Responsible for accounting functions in Accounts Payables to ensure proper charging of accounting transactions to financial accounts in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and accounting standards (MFRS) and aligned with tax requirements
-Schedule payment of all invoices, payment requisitions and staff claims
-Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
-Liaise with end-users, buyers and suppliers / vendors when the need arises
-Perform vendor reconciliation upon receipt of Statement of Account from suppliers / vendors
-Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors in the respective areas during interim and final audit
-Execute and undertake any related job assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements :: -Bachelor in Accountancy / Finance
-Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounts Payable; fresh graduates can be considered
-Preferably candidates with SAP experience
-Able to communicate in English and can work in a team.
-Proactive, possess drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self
-Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
