Description :: - Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, its goals and deliverables.
- Managing all aspects of the project plan and budget / coasting and able to prepare schedules, progress report and daily site report to ensure project are completed within budget, time and quality.
- To assist and monitor sub-contractor on work progress.
- Coordinating directly General building and plumbing contractor mechanical company based in USJ and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Participating in site meeting and resolving Client / technical issues.
- Follow up with local authority to ensure timely approval and handing over.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least S.P.M / Diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate particulars in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Project will be an advantage.
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel and work outstation as and whenever is required.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
