Description :: -Assist cash control in HQ. Check and tally the balance of petty cash claim.
-Issued payment and journal voucher.
-Key in account, check and ensure the balance of statement is tally.
-Prepare payment, payroll, EA, Debit Note & Credit Note.
-To follow instruction of Supervisor while the superior is absent.
-Abnormal condition feedback to superior.
-Assist and prepare monthly report to the top management.
-Assist Account Audit Preparation.
-Assist in overall quality system in accounting and process capability to meet the quality objective.
-Assist supervising the whole section performance.
-To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements :: -LCCI or equivalent.
-Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting line.
-Preferably able to communicated in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
-Good communication skill and able to coordinate with all staff.
-Computer literate.
