- -In charge of the Finance Department for all business units (distribution and manufacturing) in Hong Kong and China (Shanghai, Xiamen and Guangzhou).
-Reports to the Regional Head (Greater China) and the Regional Finance Officer.
-Provides support in supervising the accounting team and managing day-to-day financial, accounting and cashflow operations.
-Ensure timely preparation of management and statutory reports, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
-Assist in the management of stocks/purchasing, debtors/credit review, and maintenance of robust internal control processes.
-Perform value-adding projects as and when assigned.
-Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and other regulatory requirements.
-Ensure compliance with Group policies, accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
-Be a member of the senior management team for the Greater China region. - Requirements :
- -Possess a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, ----Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
-Well versed (oral and written) in Mandarin and English.
-2 – 5 years working experience in related fields, or relevant experiences.
-Computer literate with relevant IT skills.
-Applicants should be Malaysians, below 30 years old.
-Good interpersonal skills and adaptable to China working environment.
-Must be willing to be based in China for at least 3 years.
Selected candidate will undergo 1 month training in Johor Bahru before being relocated to Shanghai by mid-2013. - Lowest Qualification :
