- • Handling accounting data entries.
• Provide administrative supports to Sales department such as preparing Sales
Invoices and Quotations
• Processing Purchase Orders, Accounts payable and staff reimbursement claims.
• Handling other general office admin duties such as office stationery/ pantry items purchasing, courier services, distribution of mails/ faxes and travel bookings of air tickets, hotels and visa applications other ad-hoc duties.

- • Diploma, LCCI or Certificate in Accountancy.
• 2-3 years of relevant job experience in IT industry is preferred.
• Those proficient in ACCPAC for Windows General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules will be added advantage
• Flexibility on job scopes/functions.
• Able to speak and write fluent English and Chinese
