- • Ensure all AP transactions posted with high efficiency and ensure payment controls are adhered.
• Perform AP functions for vendors (Foreign & Local), follow up on issues with buyer and suppliers.
• Follow up on AP issue and prepare month-end accrual and vendor reconciliation of Statement of Accounts.
• Plan rolling cash flow forecast and funding proposal.
• Periodic meetings with Sales department to discuss & resolve all related accounts receivable issues.
• Following up collections from customers, organize debt recovery process and initiate collection effort.
• Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
• Prepare daily sales report and monthly sales analysis.
• Responsible to ensure that invoices, debit/ credit notes and statements of account are sent out promptly.
• Review month end closing to ensure that sales are correctly accounted for, monthly reports are timely and accurate, and prepare journal vouchers related to sales and debtors transactions.
• Investigate delinquent debts and liaise to resolve all queries and issues as well as highlight delinquent customers and issues to management.
• Ad hoc assignment from manager or supervisor.
- Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO would be an advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal, good communication and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
