1. Filing Documents – proper upkeep and maintenance of files and documents
2. Maintaining spreadsheets, Managing daily post in and out
3. Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
4. Monthly AR statement (Fax & Email) -
5. Call payment and debtors control
6. Follow up cheque collection from admin dept
7. Issue payment – handling and writing cheque
8. Record all cheques to ensure is up to date
9. Managing petty cash transactions
10. Managing daily post in and out
11. Prepare vendor cheques for mailing
12. Assist in handling incoming calls and accounts administrative works
13. Other account/ finance related duties as and when assigned by account supervisor 
Requirements :
1. With knowledge of Book Keeping
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Well verse in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words.
4. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
5. Working experience in SAP system an added advantage.
6. Self motivated, dynamic, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
9. Full-Time position(s) available.
