- Description :
- 1. To manage the full set of management and statutory accounts
2. To supervise the updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and other subsidiary ledgers
3. To perform bank account reconciliation, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports, and to advise management on foreseeable cashflow requirements
4. To liaise with bankers for LC, OD, TL and BG facilities
5. To liaise with Auditor, Tax Consultant, Company Secretary and Legal officers for accounts related matters
6. To monitor staff compliance of company rules and regulations
7. To assist Director of Operations in HR related matters
8. To delegate and supervise work assignments to dispatch boy
9. To assist in general administration of the general office Oversee the day to day operations of the company's finance and accounting matters
10. Monitor company's financial management and cashflow requirements
11. Preparation of timely and accurate financial and management reporting on monthly basis - Requirements :
- 1. Possess at least a Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification from a recognised higher institution
2. 3 - 5 years of working experience in manufacturing company is preferred
3. Possess the skills to perform financial matters, managing people and meeting timeline.
4. Ability to work independently with a high degree of maturity
5. Possess own transport - Lowest Qualification :
