Description :: 1. Assist Accounts Executive in handling full set account
2. Accounts Payable
3. Petty Cash reimbursement
4. To ensure the bank reconciliation, journal and general function are performed in an effective and efficient manner
5. Perform monthly stock take and data entry.
6. Liaise with bank and government agencies whenever required.
7. Follow up payment and update payment status
8. Preparation of reports, payments, reconciliation of receipts, managing account payables and receivables
9. Responsible, hardworking & willing to learn. displays lot of initiative.
10. Able to work independently, under pressure & meet deadlines
11. Handle general administrative duties and clerical support.
12. Verify documents, data key in & update accurately and timely.
13. Assist Operation & Admin Executive on matters related to operations and Human Resource including purchase and payroll.
14. Prepare foreign workers’ wages.
15. Review and implement HR procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure compliances and effectiveness on timely basis.
16. Support department operations including license renewal, payment submission, purchase equipment, raise PO and generate report.
17. To organize and manage documents, record and filling for smooth data retrieving.
18. Handle basis correspondence, documents and follow-up function
