Chop Nam Shin Chan Sdn Bhd first started in 1957 at No. 37, Jalan Temenggong, Melaka by our founders, Mr Yong Seet Loong and Mr Yong See Meng.

Business began only on a very small scale as a grocery shop and later diverted to wholesaler in 1987. Then, came 1994, Chop Nam Shin Chan Sdn Bhd was established, eventually shifted to a new warehouse in Taman Malim Jaya. Besides, we have also 2 other warehouses located in the same area. Our warehouses with a built-up area 27,860 sq. ft., 3 loading and unloading areas, approximately 5,472 sq. ft., and a total of 510 pallets space (including drive-in ranking).

We are currently, the distributor for Yeo’s, Danone Dumex, F&N Dairies and Rice Companies covering Malacca, Negeri Sembilan and Northern Johor with sales force covering Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Chinese Medical Hall, Mini Markets, Provision Shops, Petrol kiosks and others. As today, we have already grown in size from 32 to 85 employees. Chop Nam Shin Chan Sdn Bhd is conscious about the facts that the success of a company reflects significantly, is actually how we carry-out ourselves towards professionalism, responsibilities, initiatives, conduct, attitude at all times from its management and employees. Therefore, recruitment for the right people is crucial and high important.
