Description :: 1. Perform General Ledger scope, including:
a. Posting Recurring / Reversal / Adjustment with corresponding journals
b. Performing accounts closing in monthly, quarterly & annual basis
c. Reconciling accounts balances and resolving variances
d. Compiling financial data for year-end audit
2. Perform Group Reporting scope, including:
a. Performing management accounting in monthly, quarterly & annual basis
b. Consolidating group management accounting
c. Reconciling financial statement and audited data
d. Reconciling group balances and resolving variances
e. Reporting on Cash & Sales statistic data
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess Finance / Accountancy degree, professional certification or equivalent
2. At least five years’ work experience in the related field ( General Ledgers / Group Reporting )
3. At least three years’ experience in staff supervisory of > 5 staff direct reporting
4. Manager experience specializing in General Accounting / Group Reporting or equivalent
5. Excellent skills in Excel spreadsheets - vlookup, pivot table, formulas, linkage and command etc
6. Excellent English skills - speaking, reading & writing
7. Candidate must be a good team player and willing to be trained
8. Added value : System knowledge in MS Navision / MNC experience / overseas exposure
9. Working hours 10am to 7pm plus overtime as required
