Description :: 1. Assist Accountant / Finance Manager with the day to day operations of the Accounts Department
2. To work within tight deadlines to deliver the month-end accounts closing
3. Manage proper full set accounting transactions, which include data entry, payment processing, preparation of monthly schedules, reconciliation and expenses analysis
4. Handle all AP queries from suppliers and other departments
5. Liaise with AR, processing of cash & cheques received and monitoring the AR's ageing report.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent
2. Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive or Others.
5. Full-Time positions available.
6. Able to work independently and responsible with minimum supervision
7. With relevant working experience, preferable in a Trading industry
8. Fast learner
9. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
10. Able to meet all financial reports’ deadlines
11. A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
12. Mature and honest with good analytical and problem solving skills
13. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
14. Preferably Chinese.
