- • Responsible for the Company’s monthly Management & Financial accounts in accordance with the stipulated deadline.
• Ensures the accounts of the company are prepared and maintain in accordance to the requirements of the accounting standards.
• Responsible for the preparation of yearly budget & monthly tracking of actual results against budget.
• Reviews audit schedules & tax schedules.
• Liaises with external auditors, bankers and tax agents on the submission various documents.
• Responsible for the implementation of appropriate internal controls.
• Organize yearly stock count by working closely with the team.
• Supervises, guides and coach subordinates on work technics, technical accounting and company’s accounting policies and procedures.
• Reviews the job scope of every subordinate staff to ensure the efficient distribution of work.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignment assigned by the Management as and when required
- Requirements :
- • Candidate with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledgeable of Chinese will be added advantage.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
• Knowledge in UBS Accounting System and UBS Inventory & Billing System is an advantage.
• Initiative, self-motivated, creative, fast learner, meticulous to details, task-oriented, strong interpersonal relationships and ability to work independent with minimum supervision.
• Matured and able to work in a challenging.
• Possess good negotiation and reporting skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysia citizens or hold relevant residence status.
