• Responsible to review/supervise subordinate's duties & reports
• Responsible to submit weekly collection & cash flow by every Monday (10am)
• Responsible for Fixed Assets Register
• Maintain the GL - Bank & petty cash
• Prepare and key-in journal voucher to the system
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Review & in-charged of AR & AP
• Prepare monthly & quarterly results
• Responsible for preparing Westport DDNITOS invoice together with the Billing report which need to approve by HOD and to be verified by FM or CFO
• Prepare worksheet and prepare tax computation for all the companies
• Any ad-hoc assignments assign by FM/CFO
Requirements :: • Candidate must be an ACCA graduate, MIA member or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the areas of Finance and Administration.
• Strong understanding and experiences in taxation and various incentives available.
• Good financial management and administration skill.
• Good communication skill.
• Strong Leadership skills and promote teamwork.
• High degree of honesty and integrity.
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
