Description :: 1. Ensure an efficient workflow for supplier invoices following the group rules, process and working procedure issues from AP procedures.
2. Perform checking of invoices and key-in invoices into the Account Payable system.
3. To ensure payment process for all supplier invoices, internal transfer, offset AP and AR, principal and customer refund and ensure not reconciled items are settled before AP closing period.
4. Review suppliers’ accounts and statements, send payment advice, checking bank details and liaises with bank for banking system issues
5. Attend to inquiries from vendor regarding payment status and update data and bank maintenance suppliers.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation, Economics or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office.
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Mont' Kiara
5. Contractual position for 5 months only
