Description :: 1. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Groupon Partners and use these relationships to develop lasting business partnerships
2. Direct, motivate and monitor the activity of Groupon partners to ensure smooth delivery of their products and services
3. Work closely with the Editorial team in making sure all informations are lived timely and efficiently
4. Respond to requests for information regarding Groupon partners' activities and status
5. Evaluate Groupon partners' performances to identify opportunities for new business collaborations
6. Confer with department heads and collegues to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of partners, products and services to be advertised, and practices to optimize sales and smoothen out operation processes
7. Assisting merchants' questions and provide necessary financial, technical and customer service advices
8. Escalate unresolved customer grievances to respective merchants for immediate resolution
Requirements :: 1. Achieved above 3.3 CGPA / Second Class Upper / 8A's in SPM
2. Enjoys a competitive and fast growing working environment
3. Willing to dedicate long working hours (even weekends) to succeed
4. Young dynamic fresh graduate (or with less than one year work experience)
5. Undergraduate degree (essential) or Masters (desirable)
6. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and able to drive for results
7. Thrives in high paced, fast moving environments and is able to make quick, assertive decisions
8. Outstanding attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
9. Highly proficient with MS Office
10.Positive attitude, energetic and self-motivated
