Description :: The primary role of the Senior Finance Manager is to lead the finance and accounting operations. The key responsibilities include:
• Leading the finance and accounting operations considering the relevance and compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance and listing requirement.
• Oversee the corporate financial reporting function to ensure accuracy of reports and timely submission to board members and regulator.
• Managing the budgeting and forecast activities with various stakeholders to meet organization goals.
• Maintaining good internal control environment in finance function.
• Supporting senior management with ad hoc reporting requirement and in-depth analysis.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements :: • Degree in Accounting or Finance or related filed. Relevant professional certificate (eg. CA, CPA, MIA, ACCA, CGMA) is preferred.
• Above 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, including finance, accounting, audit and analysis with minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong attention to details, accuracy and clarity related to efficient and effective financial operation
• Result oriented and capable of handling tight deadlines and pressure
• Good in Microsoft Excel
