Description :: -To ensure monthly consolidated Financial Statement are prepare timely and accurately.
-In-charge on Tax Computation and yearly tax submission.
-Ensure all reports for relevant parties are prepared timely and accurately (Internal & External).
-Involved in internal operation duties of Accounts Department and introduce necessary internal control.
-Monitor and guide Accounts Officers to prepare Financial Statements for Property Division.
-Checking of account entry and account code – Creditor Voucher, Journal Expenditure, Journal Voucher, Debit Note, Credit Note, Fixed Assets, Schedule and
Payment Editing Listing.
-Computation of Sales Value, Revenue and Development Cost Recognized, Management Fees, inter Company Interest Charges, etc.
-Analysis of Property Development Cost, Contingency Cost, Accrued and Progress billing and others.
-Checking Monthly Management Report.
-On request basis – To check Official Receipts Edit Listing, Official Receipts Control and Collections.
-Liaise with Tax agent, external and internal auditors, and relevant government bodies.
-Prepare cash flow related reports.
-Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time.
Requirements :: Professional / Tertiary Qualification& Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge in Tax and latest Government policy.
Accounting Skill, PC Skill, IFCA System.
Hard working, honest, discreet, responsible
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
