Description :: • Formulate, implement and manage an effective compliance program for the Group.
• Create, manage and follow up on the action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations. To ensure issues are resolved on a timely basis.
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
• Assess company operations to identify compliance risk.
• Educate and train employees on company policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal, external auditors and consultants.
Requirements :: • Diploma or degree in accounting/ finance.
• Minimum 1 year internal/external audit / risk management experiences.
• Good knowledge of industry practices, professional standards, relevant laws and regulations.
