Description :: • Oversee overall financial and accounting function of the Company.
• Verify daily accounting transactions against postings made into the system.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions including credit term policy, aging monitoring, provision and etc.
• Monitor and analyse Cash-flows.
• Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner.
• Responsible for annual audit and tax matters.
• Liaise with banks, Company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on Company related matters.
• Manage spending and ensure in line with corporate budget.
• Supervise Accounts department.
• Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of internal control system to ensure compliance with the corporate policies.
• Ensure the company’s operating activities are strictly complied with applicable laws, regulation accreditation standards and company business ethical standards.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting policies, procedures and methods
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested
Requirements :: -Min. Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy
-Min. 5 years' working experience in manufacturing field
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
-Leadership and coaching skills
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
