Description :: 1. Assist Account Manager to oversee and supervise day to day
accounting functions of Group Subsidiary Companies and
responsible for proper maintenance of accurate, complete and up to-date accounting records of the Management Accounts and
Statutory Accounts in accordance with the required statutory
regulations and is inclusive of monthly, interim and yearly reports as
per agreed timeline.
2. Assist in reviewing and implementing accounting and financial
procedures and policies to ensure compliance with financial policies
and accounting standards.
3. Overseeing effectiveness of Internal Control Functions to ensure
compliance with Company Policies and Standard Operating
Procedures.
4. Overseeing Account Receivable (AR) / Account Payable (AP)
Functions – included preparation of Monthly AR Collection / AP
Payment Reports, Credit Assessment and Control.
5. Perform credit assessment for new / potential customers.
6. Assist in Integrated Accounting Software implementation, IFCA.
7. Any ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements :: -Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional
Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent from recognised
universities or Professional Qualifications (MIA/CPA/ACCA)
-Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in the related field and position
- Experience in Construction Accounting / Familiar with IT and Accounting
Software (more preferred if familiar with IFCA software
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
