Description :: -Monitor and supervise the job function of staffs under Banking Section according to organization chart and ensure that all the job functions are done efficiently and effectively
-Assist in solving treasury related issues
-Review and ensure maintain of proper recording / filling system for Banking section.
-Liaise with bank officers for financing matters.
- Assist in establishing cash management policies to promote efficient and effective treasury and Banking operation.
-Assist in implementing and maintaining risk management system.
-ensure organisation always has enough cash to meet its legal obligations and to maintain adequate short-term financial flexibility.
- Review and compile financing documents for drawdown purpose.
- Arrange to obtain funds from external sources at the right time, in the right form, and on the best possible terms.
-ensure cash management is carried out at the lowest cost possible
Requirements :: - Graduate; Professional qualification
- Plus preferable post graduate qualification in accounting, Banking and Finance
- 3 years in Treasury / Accounting Field
