Description :: • Handling the transport accrual including doing the reconciliation between billing initiation & DO details and check on the transport rate.
• Handling the subcon piecemeal accrual including doing the reconciliation between subcon piecemeal report & production volume and check on the subcon piecemeal rate on casting, finishing and Mould changes.
• Stock count reconciliation.
• Bank Reconciliation including monitoring on the settlement & monthly bank interest, and charges.
• Reclass of transport & site cost accrual (From manufacturing account to COS).
• Item code creation for ERP system.
• Solving any inventory related issues.
• Compilation on the delivery volume by plant/region/ product and prepare SGA EXCO report.
• Prepare balance Sheet.
Requirements :: • Professional Qualification ACCA / CIMA/MICPA or equivalent;
• Min 2 years applicable experience in financial reporting/costing and manufacturing accounting for manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure in using an ERP system, preferable Oracle system;
• Passion for detailed work and drive to ensure timely and quality deliverables;
• Must be proactive, a team player and good communication skills; and
• Some travelling to EPM’s factories and sites required.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
