Description :: - Arrange payment for both trade and non-trade supply
- Attend to supplier payment enquiries
- Follow up payment on customer's outstanding account
- Liase with bank for incoming foreign currency fund
- Verify payment vouchers prepared by account assistant
- Verify sales invoices prepared by account assistant
- Process and submit reimbursement application to Exim bank as and when required
- Prepare and submit quarterly report to Exim bank
- Monitoring the trust receipt settlement date and arrange for payment
- Verify the accounting entries in auto count that are entered by assistants
- Preparation of journal for payroll. depreciation, prepaid expenses, accruals, & etc, and update to auto count
- Finalization of monthly management account and submit to management
- Prepare audit schedule on fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, , hire purchase, debtors, and creditors aging report & etc on monthly basis
- Arrange for yearly insurance renewal
- Liase with bankers, auditors, tax agents, com-pay secretary and government body
- Liase with inter-department for any issue arise
- Any ad-hoc assignment
Requirements :: -Diploma level or above
-Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Pleasant personality and positive working attitude
- Must be meticulous and start work immediately
- Possess good communication and analytical skill
- Knows full set, gst, AP,AR and GL
- from manufacturing background
- at least 4 years experience
- knows forex transaction
