Description :: - Reviewing, compiling & analyzing financial information to prepare entries to the company account.
- Establish, maintain & coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures.
- Prepare & review budget, revenue, expense, invoice & other accounting documents.
- Ensure reliability & accuracy of the financial information presented in the financial statement/report.
- Compliance to account department internal control & work processes/procedures in order to achieve job effectiveness & efficiency.
- Liaise with Head of Department on any doubts/queries shown in the company account.
- Ensure accuracy of balance shown in a bank account.
- Compliance to accounting regulation.
- Communicate with suppliers/clients on any accounting issue.
- Coordinate with other departments in preparing accounting documents
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior or Junior Executives specializing in Finance General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
