Description :: - Assist in investigating customer related enquiries and provide professional responds to internal and external customers.
- Complete bank reconciliations for Accounts Payable transactions.
- Process and reconcile Branch cheque payments into Pickles bank account.
- Provide administrative support to New Ventures entities, including invoice entries and payment preparation.
- Maintain and reconcile customer account balances and aged customers trial balance.
- Ensuring that transactions are processed to accurately update the aged vendors position of Pickles each day.
- Refer “unmatched” invoices to branches to deal with. Liaise with the branches to resolve purchase/payment issues.
- Controller as part of month-end procedures
- Assist in Auctions
Requirements :: - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
