- - Create and distribute Free Text Invoices as requested by the business.
- Compilation and distribution of periodic reporting detailing the aged debtor’s position at a customer, departmental, branch, entity and group level.
- Preparing bank reconciliations associated with receipts into Pickles’ bank accounts.
- Entering transactions into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to record cash receipts and allocate to the appropriate General Ledger Account or against debtor invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of ad hoc debtors reporting as required by the business. - Requirements :

- Growing knowledge of organisation's Accounting procedures related to work performed
