Description :: - Assist the Finance Manager in the daily activity
- To prepare & control petty cash.
- To forecast weekly & monthly cash flow budget.
- To prepare costing for raw material & finished goods
- To maintain & create BOM Issue Form
- Assisting preparation of monthly/ yearly financial report
- To ensure that monthly financial report are submitted on time
- Assist and overseas the overall operations of Account Department
- Handle Stock Take & prepare monthly inventory variance report
- To update Bank records & Bank reconciliation.
- To prepare & submit monthly GST return
- To maintain & update Fixed Assets Accounts
- To prepare monthly Sales report
- To support ERP implementation
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting.
• With at least 4 year(s) related working experience preferable in Manufacturing industry.
• Must able to handle full set account
• Preferable with autocount / ERP knowledge.
• Possess good interpersonal skills & analysis skills and strong technical knowledge in accounting.
• Good communication skill in English and proficiency in mandarin will be an advantage.
