Description :: 1. Reviewing, compiling and analysing financial information to prepare entries to accounts.
2. Compliance to accounting regulation.
3. Communicate with suppliers/clients on accounting issue.
4. Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents.
5. Liaise with external account auditor.
6. Prepare estimated financial statement/cash flow when required.
7. Keep updating on government regulations, e.g. tax, EPF, PCB & etc.
8. Keep proper records/documents as supporting documents to account submission.
9. Prepare correspondence letter when required.
10. Ensure the function of accounting software is maintained and operating well.
11. Liaise with Head of Department on any doubt/queries shown in account.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Work under pressure and independently
- Preferable with audit
