Description :: • Monthly payroll processing, yearly form EA/E
• Handle statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO and PCB
• Perform validations and checking on all pay elements
• Prepare all payroll related files and reports
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements
• Prepare monthly billing on recurring fees and any charge back expenses, payroll analysis
• Handle the internal and external payroll audit
• Handle enquiries from employees and resolving any issues arising
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as my be arranged from time to time
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Candidate with at least 3 years and more of hands-on experience in managing payroll as well as compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of HRIS such as flexHR would be an advantage
• Able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines
• Proven experience in managing more than 700 employees’ payroll independently
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
