Description :: -Monitor all customer account on credit limit & payment.
-Prepare Aging Reports to sales team on a monthly basis; ensure sales team's forecast collection met monthly cash flow payment.
-Take action against pass due customer via reminder letter/calls/provide installment plan/blacklisted in credit manage report agency.
-Follow up with sales team in mid-month for those uncollected forecast / pass due amount.
-Liaise with legal counsel regards of legal documentation and action.
-Evaluates customer credit risk for approves or rejects on new orders.
-Analysis of financial data of new customer to justify credit limit and term granted.
-Preparation of monthly projected collections from customers.
-Follow up with payment reminders through emails and calls.
-Liaise with credit insurance regards of insurance coverage and comment to customer.
-Resolve billing disputes with Customers and Accounts.
-Prepare tenancy agreement for company's property.
-Minimize the bad debts of company.
-Communicate with insurance company regards of insurance credit limit & advice on customer.
Requirements :: -Applicants must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any field
-Good presentation & communication skills
-Aggressive and self-motivated personality and able work independently in a fast-pace environment
-Must be computer literate
-Possess own transport
-Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
