Description :: • Manager the full spectrum of financial and accounting activities on a day to day basis
• Oversee the preparation of group consolidation
• Review and analyse financial information and prepare variance analyzes
• Assist and coordinate the preparation of budgets, revised and forecasts and cash requisitions
• Cash flow management
• Formulate, review and implement internal controls
• Formulate, review and improve on operating policies and procedure
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and its financial controls and standards
• Ensure all financial accounting and functions are adhered to statutory and regulatory requirement reports
• Ensure timely closing and submission of financial reports
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, bankers, solicitors and advisory firms
• Ensure compliance of bank loan covenants
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Property Management, Retail Management or equivalent.
