- - Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Set up filling system and ensure that all documents are filed accordingly
- Perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time.- To review the cheque and payment voucher as prepare by finance intern.
- To perform daily accounts operations. Responsible for general accounting function
- To perform daily bank reconciliation.
- Managing petty cash entries.
- Participation in ad-hoc task, where required.
- To check and ensure the bank entries record into system and
- To assist and prepare for GST submission.
- To extract the monthly financial statement upon closing the month end account. - Requirements :
- - Diploma / Degree in Accounting of equivalent with relevant knowledge in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- At least 3 years working experience with 1 year of full set accounting knowledge.
- Experience with Sun Accounting software will be added advantage.
- Required skill(s): Intermediate level in MS Excel, accounting knowledge.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
